Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions, together with the Data Protection Policy, Website Terms of Use, Client Declaration Form, and any other information provided to you before submitting your application, form the basis of your contract with M&M United Group LLC (hereafter referred to as “the Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully, as they set out our respective rights and obligations. All services offered and accepted are subject to these Terms and Conditions.

References to “you” and “your” include all persons named on the electronic visa application for whom the application is submitted (the “User”). Unless the context requires otherwise, words in the singular include the plural and vice versa.

By instructing the Company to provide services on your behalf, the User is deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.

The services offered by the Company include, but are not limited to, the processing of electronic visa applications and related documentation for travel to the United Arab Emirates (the “Offered Service”).

The Company is not an advisory service. Any information provided by the Company is based on information published by UAE authorities and represents our interpretation of that information. The Company shall not be held liable for any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. You are strongly advised to independently verify all information before relying on it. Any costs incurred as a result of relying on Company-provided information without verification are solely your responsibility.

“Necessary Information” refers to the information required from the User to submit an electronic visa application, which may include, but is not limited to, name, address, email address, passport details, and any other information deemed necessary by the Company.

A service charge per electronic visa application is payable to cover the cost of providing the Offered Service and submitting the application on your behalf. Payment must be made by credit or debit card via the approved payment gateway, Network International. The Company will request payment of the service charge and applicable government fees upon instruction by the User.

By supplying the Necessary Information, the User authorizes the Company to submit electronic visa applications on their behalf. A binding contract is formed once the application is submitted and payment is received. Once a contract is formed, no refund will be available, regardless of whether the electronic visa application is approved, rejected, or delayed.

Electronic visa processing times may take up to seven working days or longer, as determined by the UAE authorities.

Approved electronic visas will be sent to the User via email. It is the User’s responsibility to check their inbox and spam or junk folders for communications from the Company.

Liability and Limitations

By instructing the Company to provide the Offered Service, the User accepts all requirements, restrictions, and limitations of liability set out in these Terms and Conditions and related documents.

The Company accepts no responsibility if the User is unable to travel or incurs losses due to failure to comply with passport, visa, electronic visa, immigration, or health requirements. The User agrees to reimburse the Company for any fines, penalties, or losses incurred as a result of such failure.

The Company has no influence over decisions made by UAE authorities and shall not be liable for refusals, delays, or failures to issue electronic visas, or for any expenses or delays resulting from such decisions.

The Company shall not be liable for incomplete, incorrect, false, or misleading application forms or supporting documents. The User is solely responsible for providing accurate and complete information.

The Company is not liable for delays or failures in receiving emails or notifications for any reason.

If the Company is found liable for failure to obtain or deliver a requested electronic visa, the User’s sole and exclusive remedy shall be a refund of the service charge paid, excluding any government or third-party fees. The Company shall not be liable for consequential losses, business losses, or any losses that were not reasonably foreseeable. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability prohibited by UAE law.

Website

Use of the Website and the Offered Service is on the understanding that the Company does not provide travel or legal advice. Information on the Website is provided without warranties of accuracy, fitness for purpose, compatibility, or security. The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free content.

Complaints

While we aim to provide a high standard of service, if you wish to make a complaint, please notify us as soon as possible by email at support@uaeevisa.com, addressed to the Customer Service Manager at M&M United Group LLC.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be removed, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.

Data Protection

M&M United Group LLC is committed to protecting your personal data. Personal information collected includes details provided in your application form, passport copies, and supporting documentation required for electronic visa processing.

Your personal data may be disclosed to UAE government authorities and other authorized third parties as required for immigration, security, and legal compliance purposes. Data may also be processed by service providers acting on our behalf, including payment processors and IT service providers.

We do not sell personal data. Data may be retained for operational, legal, or regulatory purposes in accordance with applicable laws.

Cookies may be used to improve website functionality and user experience. You may disable cookies through your browser settings; however, this may limit access to certain features of the Website.

You have the right to request access to personal data we hold about you, subject to applicable laws and an administrative fee where permitted.
